When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days from the invoice date. Products must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Restocking fees of up to 20% may apply for change-of-mind returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
