We deliver our professional hair care products throughout Australia using trusted third-party carriers. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. During busy periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

- • Opened or used products
- • Items without original packaging
- • Products over 14 days old
Note: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for change-of-mind returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Returning Your Item
If your return is approved, you have two options:
- Ship it back to JPH — return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item is defective, damaged, or was sent incorrectly.
- Drop it off locally — please contact [email protected] first to arrange a time.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery in the future.
