    Processing Time

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. During busy periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, here's a quick overview of our policy:

    Note: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for change-of-mind returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Returning Your Item

    If your return is approved, you have two options:

    • Ship it back to JPH — return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item is defective, damaged, or was sent incorrectly.
    • Drop it off locally — please contact [email protected] first to arrange a time.

    International Shipping

    At this time, we only ship within Australia. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery in the future.
